The Fords have one son and four precious grandchildren. Edward graduated with a Bachelor of Science of Management and worked in Banking and Client Management prior to serving as founder and pastor of Lighthouse. Elissa graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and has worked as a nurse for over fifteen years in the Hartford area.
The Fords have a passion for quality time with family, traveling, being die-hard foodies, hiking, kayaking, and finding cool coffee spots.
Seth and Melanie Stefanovicz serve Lighthouse Tabernacle as our Executive Pastor. The Stefanovicz’s joined the Lighthouse Paastoral Team in 2023, bringing over 20 years of varied ministerial experience. Seth holds a degree in Biblical Studies and has a secular career in Business and Data Analytics. Melanie holds a degree in Economics and Finance and works in IT Project Management.
The Stefanovicz’s have been happily married since 2000 and enjoy traveling and spending time with their two teenagers. They are always up to discovering a new restaurant, niche shop, or unique experience.
